- OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

- LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
· 5.1. The Website administration that has not fulfilled its obligations shall be liable for losses incurred by the User due to the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
· 5.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Website administration shall not be liable if such confidential information:

- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
· 6.1. Before filing a claim in court on disputes arising from the relationship between the Website User and the Website administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
· 6.2. The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim consideration within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the claim.
· 6.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
· 6.4. The current legislation of Ukraine shall apply to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website administration.
- ADDITIONAL TERMS
· 7.1. The Website administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
· 7.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the Website of the online store, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
